it can be sam in my view...and i wish it happens..coz we all know gunjan...just a scratch on sam...n the girl is terrified!!!
this will bring sajan together all over again..n throw neil out of the picture atleast for some time..sajan will get time to explain things to one another..and everything will be soughted...moreover there will be some cute nursing scenes..wud love that surely.😳

no accident for gunjan nor sam.both are hospitalised once.mayank also dislocated his shoulder so no mayank accident for mayur patch up.this time nupur must meet with an accident.

presently mayur track sounds like sathiya movie so what if nupur meets an accident.mayank will realise nupur 's importance and so nupur also will know how much myank love her and his importance.
