shruti i soo love you for making this topic..it has been written beautifully first...coming to topic i agree with you that armaan is now behaving like a man and sid as a boy..dude if we go 2 years you will see even armaan behaved like a boy rather than a man but still he never let anyone poimt fingers at his lady love..if u see he was always there for her even wen riddhima took that propanol blame still armaan never pointed fingers at her...i agree at that time even he behaved like a boy but now i can say ARMAAN HAS GROWN UP TO BE A MAN...HE WAS ALWAYS OUTSPOKEN ABOUT HIS AND RIDZ RELATIONSHIP BUT SID DIDNT EVEN STOOD UP FOR HIS WIFE...today even though sid has legally more rights on riddhima still only armaan comes in between and defends her...u can asee the contrast these both characters display and the one who has really matured is ARMAAN..WHILE I AGREE SID HAS GROWN UP BUT FROM A KID TO A BOY NOT MAN...anf yes i agree wat sid has for riddhima is the liking bcoz how can he in half mobth fall out in love from tamanna...basically sid never really loved TAM ALSO AND ALSO RIDDHIMA

Why is it that everyone who wants to defend Sid is simple ignoring what I've actually written in the post and commenting about something that I've not even accused him of. First of all I have to say I loved Armaan for that . That's our Armaan. He can never hear anything against Ridz. Armaan stands up for Ridz against her husband who right now legally has more rights on Riddhima. Armaan does not have to do this but he still does. This shows how much respect Armaan has for Riddhima and how important Riddhima's self respect and image is for Armaan. He would never let anyone harm her in any way not even her husband.



I too love armaan for standing up to her..i was just hoping she would do it herself as she wants to be strong.. I was happy when he did it but thas gonna cause more misunderstandings but I agree it was good that he stood up for her.. not only lovers do that but friends too so im okay with him standing up..


Just compare this with Sid who sat like a mute spectator when his Mom insulted Ridz time and again and when his wife was made a mockery off in front of the whole damn hospital. His mother pointed fingers at Riddhima's character too when she said Riddhima was trying to hit on Sid even though she was married to someone else and that she was just trying to trap a rich guy etc
again, is riddhima mute? Its his mom and u say ms drama queen.. if he told her, he was afraid something could've happened to her.. and still he indirectly stood up for ridz.. "maa yeh mera ghar hai aur riddhima idhar rahe gi!" he was willing to kick his mom out for ridz even tho he didn't tell her.. remember they were about to go their own way.. great way of telling ur mom: O MOM, WHEN U WERE AWAY I GOT MARRIED AND NOT EVEN A YR LATER, WE'RE SEPERATING OUT OWN WAYS CUZ [according to sid at the time] MY WIFE IS A DRAMA QUEEN! If ridz can marry for her dad.. then sid can put on an act for his mom…


During the whole "acting as Armaan;s wife" phase and the cafe fake wedding drama Riddhima is basically humiliated in front of the whole hospital but Sid does not once open his mouth to defend her. Sid should have but he did not.

I blame both rid and sid because theyre not children that they cant open their mouths! If one didn't doesn't mean the other cant!


Nothing can justify Sid's behavior then. It does not matter whether he was trying to give Riddhima a choice or he was angry with her or whatever. As her husband he should not have let anyone demean her like that and question her character when he very well knows she is not wrong. i agree.. but like I said I blame both…



This just shows the difference in the attitude and extent of love of both the men have towards Ridz. While for Armaan his love for her is too pure and deep to say in words. Most importantly Armaan respects her and her feelings. Armaan will never do anything to hurt her or make her unhappy even if it means he has to stay away from his life or be unhappy himself.

Ur right.. that's why he lieft and that's why im mad at him! My brother and I had this talk too.. he left hoping for her to move on so even tho he's better…why'd he come back with the hope that she's still waiting? It angers me!



Frankly I don't think Sid really "loves" Riddhima. Yes he likes her, yes he is attracted to her, yes he wants her to be happy, yes he cares for her BUT he does NOT LOVE her. No man who actually claims to love a women will stay quite when someone is pointing fingers at her character like this. He does not respect her and her feelings at all. If he did he would not be constantly testing Riddhima and his relationship with her like this . Right now it looks like a zidd of his to have Riddhima in his life.

Ya.. just like tamanna?? He respects her a lot and just like armaan he was willing to give her up for her happiness.. its ridz fault that she cant tell sid that she doesn't want armaan.. yes shes said it indirectly but not everyone can see that. U gotta be clear about what you want!




Sid has some serious growing up to do. I don think he is mature enough to handle a marriage now. We all know how immature he was before. He jumped into this marriage on an impulse due to guilt or whatever. He was never ready for a marriage and had not reached the emotional and mental maturity to handle such a relationship. Even now he is behaving like a BOY who wants to keep his new favorite toy at any cost.


I didn't want a couple epis before wedding but from what I was summarized, he did start falling for ridz.. but ur right.. he is immature.. HE'S ATLEAST 5 YEARS YOUNGER THAN RIDZ/ARMAAN!!give him a break. He didn't speak up.. but ridz is mature right? Then why didn't she? Is armaan the only mature guy in this show: only spoke up about his feelings!!but even that took years otherwise he wouldn't have left!



Sid NEEDS to grow up. He NEEDS to stop living in this delusion that he can have a happy life with Riddhima even though she still loves Armaan. He did.. but ridz is confusing him.. first she makes it seem she is over armaan and wants to move on and other times, all he sees is love in her eyes for armaan

He has to stop the seesaw of emotions that he is potraying now and take a mature realistic stand NOW. You mean ridz right?The guy is not seeing the obvious and is living his life on a "Maybe" now. The only person who can end the misery for all three of them by getting AR together now is SID.

what about shashank? U no wat forget about daddy kool, Wat about riddhima!! Confess ur true feelings u loser!

And the day he does this I will start respecting him again and can say that the boy has finally become a man. for me,this happened the day he let go of tammanna.. he shouldn't have to let go of ridz unless that's what she wants and she says that when she is not emotional!
