What if....

Choo's fall leads to her premature delivery of a healthy boy, Choo becoming ghungi because she was screaming gaalis while she fell and it affected her vocal cords. Since she is unable to care for the baby, the baby is given to Archu & Manav and Choo ghungi is shipped off to Girish baba who takes her to Timbaktu for medical treatment

Then in Timbaktu, the native doctors use a slap therapy on Choo. The slap therapy involves 100 tight slaps every day. The slaps her meant to aggreviate Choo to try yelling and trigger her vocal cord. Finally Choo gets cured (sort of). She gets back her voice but not quite a human-like voice.

Later Choo gets a job at a Bull-dog training school teaching new bull-dog recruits to bark 😈. The owners are happy with Choo and ask if she can recommend someone as they have an opening for a teacher to teach facial expressions to baby bulldogs. Choo recommends Rasika Tai for it.
