Its a Rupa frontline Ad with the girl who plays Tapasya in Uttaran...(Reshmi something... I don't know her name)! Its her Swayanmvar and KSG comes in with a Rupa Frontline Vest...

She makes him wear the garland and says "Mil gaya mujhe mera Rupa Frontline Man!"
