There are chances, but knowing Vasu's character and attitude, from beginning itself she never used to respect anyone (esp people older to her like her older sister, Dadi Bua, etc), so chances are less that she became like this later on. I have a feeling Indrajeet had an affair cos of Vasu's dominating, selfish and egoistic nature.
