Hmm...lotsa points for SR but before that i wanted to understand y ppl want AR:
Love - Granted (although my personal opinion bout true love is tht is overrated but nonetheless)

Apart from this, I dont get a single justifiable reason...ppl come up with 'we've watched the show from the beginning n its always been bout AR' - OK..so have we
(a majority of us atleast) and if for 2 yrs its been bout AR, then is it necessary for it to be the same till the show is running? Its a soap, not a movie...a soap thrives on freshness, new characters, new pairings, new story, new script coz it has to run for a long time!

Then i hear - "Armaan has done so much for Ridhhima" - Cool..but wasnt armaan supposed to be in love with her? so isnt tht kinda expected? and vice versa...But Sid..he did so much for her despite knowing she s in love with someone else..married her despite knowing she ll never love him the way she loved armaan...So who's the bigger man? Whose sacrifice is bigger? Someone who s ready to sacrifice for the girl he loves or someone who s ready to sacrifice for a girl who loves someone else?

Armaan could give his life for ridhhima - the bomb scene - But so could sid right? he did come in between death n ridhhima some umpteen no. of times!

Then ppl say - This marriage is forced - really? have they really seen the wedding sequence? who forced whom is the question they need to ask then...did sid really force ridhhima..he was ready to back out remember?

Ridhhima does not love sid - fair enough but she doesnt love sid yet! thrs a difference coz she was well on her way! watch sidma scenes for confirmation!

DMG is a youth show n the message should be love over marriage - Hmmm..thts a tricky one...i read on some other thread tht the youth takes love frivolously n its imp to show a mes tht true love does exist - fair enough! i grant tht..so thts wat they showed in 2.5 yrs right? but wat nxt? wat if i were to reverse the argument n say tht youth does not take love frivolously..they fall in love all the time...n a lot of them find the love of their life...but its marriage tht they dont take seriously n hence the high divorce rates today..so which is a stronger message? to do justice to ur love which you decide or justice to a sacred bond tht god almighty decides...when there are all chances of you being happy (n thts evident so dont argue here pls)

The final one - It's KSG n we cant see him cry or lose the love of his life...so the actor takes precedence over the story? i thot its the other way round..so if tomorrow armaan wants to move on genuinely n vry convincingly they show him falling in love again...is tht fine?

So am really not convinced bout the reasons AR fans come up with to unite them...mayb even the CVs are not convinced...On the other hand, i shall post the reasons SR should be together in my nxt post 😊
