i feel Aadesh is the best mentor.

No One. But at least HR & AS were always with their contestants like praising them and fighting for them, where as ID tho sutay-sutay jaga hi after he lost Nihira. I hate ID because he praised Vinit and Himani openly. He even said to Himani Iswar kary tu jeet jaye.
If ID had not remarked negatively like this our Favourite Nihira would hv been the winner of the challenge 2005. Her elimination was biggest shock for us.

I am really really surprised that throughout SRGMP, Jatin Lalit were consistently getting the least votes. I mean they are ones who actually brought melody back into Hindi films after a long long gap. After the Golden Era there was a big vacuum. Music degenerated to "ek do teen chaar", "deedi tera deewana" and stuff like that. Came Jatin Lalit with a tune like "Pehla Nasha" which was so refreshing. Their tryst with melody continued with songs from Yes Boss, Kuch kuch hota hai, Phir bhi dil hai hindustani and more recently Chalte Chalte. I love the songs of PBDHH and Chalte Chalte.

As mentors also, Jatin Lalit always appreciated good voices and were critical about the right things. Their students Swananda and Sharib were excellent. I liked Sanchali too. Yet public voting went mercilessly against them.

It will always be a mystery to me why the "Melody Kings" as Jatin Lalit were called had to lose out to riff raff like Himesh and Aadesh (who are yet to compose anything worthy of being called music).

Nobody!! Well i say Jatin-Lalit but he left to early. 😭
