I assume it has not been more than say three months
after the SR wedding that Sid has sent Riddhima divorce
papers. Well, Sid has to be fooling her because according to
THE HINDU MARRIAGE ACT,1955 - No petition for divorce is to be
presented within one year of marriage. If there can be no petition filed
how on earth did Sid send Riddhima a notice? CVs i know you think
we are fools but please at least research a bit.

nhi its nt nec. remembr karan n shraddha get divrced after 10 months of thr mrge..

No,Karan & Shraddha got divorced after a year of their marriage. Shradha filed a divorce much before but she could only get one after December since that completes their one year of marriage!
