Dr. Keerti to armaan - what she actually mean?

Yesterday, 2 questions were not completely clarified

1. What did armaan told Dr. Keerti?

2. Dr. Keerti telling armaan and riddhima about the workload and telling that its not up to one person to handle all the work. What she actually mean?

My POV is that armaan have told Dr. Keerti about his plan of leaving Saanjeevani, and Dr. Keerti in reply said (in later scene with Ridz and armaan) that there is so much work in sanjeevani which is difficult for one person to handle (what she actually mean was that he can't leave until he solves the problem which is created due his comeback and his exit will only cause further tensions between Sid & Ridz, he first have to clarify it all).

And when Dr. keerti repeatedly asked armaan that is he clear about what she said and he answered that 'we are clear now' which shows he understood what dr. keerti actually want him to do.

Later, he also heard riddhima's POV on what he feels for sid and armaan's is no more important for her. His expressions were very clear that riddhima is not his basket anymore and is Sid's wife now.

SO DO YOU GUYS FEEL ARMAAN WILL REUNITE SIDDHANT AND RIDDHIMA? I feel he certainly will - the terrace seq. showed on SBS is the one i want to point at!!!!!!!
