Was just thinking randomly n came across this...the reason behind their individual names....

Today Ridhima has two men in her life...Armaan...meaning wish, desire, a dream...n thats what he has become for her...albeit an unfulfilled one.....the dream she lived...the man she desire more than her life...

Siddhant...meaning...priniciple, a moral....n thats what he represents...a moral obligation, her responsibility, her partner by priniciples of morality....

A battle between two....Armaan n Siddhant...between what one desires n what is considered right by the society....

Beautiful n apt names ...whether intentional or otherwise

Nice observation.

I always though Sid was named after Sid from Wake Up Sid. LOL. Likee.. his character back then, was so close to Ranbir's from WUS. Carefree, sleepy-head, obnoxious. :P

Funny. The current track was unplanned back in September, and how his name perfectly matches the character's present situation.
