I to like Brij from the beginning....I mean if he was a real life person than ofcourse not but as a character I like how he cons every1 with a smile like its no big deal. I mean I don't approve of his acts but in a show he is the only lively person who makes me smile wth his evil acts. Otherwise the show is boring and serious and everyone is crying or tensed....I feel the show lives up when he is on screen....so I heart Brij and now that he is trying to milk out Vashisht, I like him even more....and the new love/hate relation with Bhairvi makes me want to see them together more :)

Loving the episode when CM will drive to the alley...pay Brij..drive to Neelam's home...pay her parents....drive to Minal's home...pay her inlaws....drive home, collect more money....and get 3 calls that more money is needed....ELSE they know whom to talk to.

Methinks Kesav-ji did everything he did just for Neelam's parents, rather than for himself. He wanted to help his friend, and decided to exploit his bahu's rich background to enrich them. (What a contrast to the Sharmas, who very reluctantly accept anything from the Trivedis).

As far as Neelam's parents go, their luck has been popped by Brij by his exposure of Neelam to CM. CM would have had nothing to lose by creating a scene @ the wedding that pointed out that Neelam already had a bf, and therefore the wedding was off - Pankaj wouldn't have been unhappy, and nor would the rest of the family. At any rate, neither can Neelam misbehave, nor can her parents be demanding, or else, CM simply throws Neelam out. Only risk - Kesav-ji kicking Minal out again.

Of course, for CM to be effective against Neelam, she'd have to admit to Pankaj that she was wrong about Jyoti, and accept her if Pankaj wanted it. That would have been a different twist, and I have my doubts on whether Jyoti would have accepted after the public humiliation that she and her family were put thru. But that's the only way I can see CM having check-mated Brij, but now it's too late for that.

So at this point, Brij has destroyed the chances of Bhairavi's booty being split 2 ways, and ensured it all for himself. Oh, and one more thing I forgot to add in my comments above - all this while, Bhairavi had been trying to force-feed Jyoti on her money, and failed, and now, Brij is on hand to take it from her. I really hope she runs out of money very quickly (Brij would have no qualms about demanding cash by the crores), so that she loses face to humiliate anybody any more. And I hope Uday or someone else notices the bank balances depleting, and then confront her on where all that money has gone. That will be a sight worth watching. 🤣

but i still think neelam's parents will start their squeeze soon, not via neelam but through keshavji. and CM can't risk annoying him anyway!

Oh, I am looking for Brij to demand not cash but blank signed cheques, and maybe a little tete-a-tete with Minal ;) He can tell CM he is maha lonely...so needs to talk to someone.

There is a cliche No good deed goes unpunished. Today, while applying for a job, Brij was asked about what he did last, and he told the shopkeeper that he spent the last 6 months in jail. He was instantly told to leave (unlike Deepu, who was thanked for telling his prospective would-not-be employer that he got fired for getting into a fight).

I think the shopkeeper agrees w/ you, and seeing Brij stop blackmailing Bhairavi, he told Brij to get lost. Methinks Brij should blackmail Bhairavi for the next 6 months, while doing something else on the side, and then re-apply @ another shop. So that when they ask him what he did, he can tell them that he did that secondary job, and also blackmailed somebody. He might get luckier. 🤣🤣🤣
