Kesar to the rescue yay!!!!! She is a real pratigya camper.
I still can't get over how a man can have the audacity to try to hit his sister-in law, granted he saw his sister injured and wanted to hurt someone in return but trying to hit your brothers wife is a definite NO NO!!! The look on krishna's face when he stopped shakti was a sight to see, his eyes did all the talking and although pratigya was shocked at seeing him she did look relieved and a bit thankful too. Krishna made it loud and clear that no one should ever lay a finger on her, the ferocity in the way he said that shocked everyone!
It is a sad time when 2 brothers are pitted against one another but I'm glad Krishna stood up to Shakti and put him in his place. Although SS took krishna's side I was very upset with his way of thinking. He told shakti he had no right to hit pratigya only after Krishna had stopped him, why didn't he open his mouth when shakti was walking towards pratigya to hit her, I'm sure if Krishna hadn't of walked in he would have witnessed shakti hit pratigya and he wouldn't have uttered one single word against him. Having said that, SS seems to have more respect for relationships than his wife does. We have ammaji who would go to any lengths to see her youngest daughter in law be beaten up and on the other hand we have SS who justifies krishna's love for his sister and tries to diffuse the situation with great tact. What I didn't like was the certainty in his voice when he said Krishna would beat pratigya up if it turned out she had hurt Komal, and unfortunately krishna's facial expressions didn't deny that statement. Now I'm questioning Krishna too, would he hit pratigya if she was at fault for komal's injury? That would make Ammaji's day.
I liked how SS asked Kesar about what happened and I liked how he shut ammaji up when she tried to interfere. Deep down he knows that kesar would never lie and if he wanted to clear the matter up with minimum difficulty than kesar was the best person to ask for clarification.
Although Krishna saved pratigya from a beating I think Kesar is the true hero of the episode. Kesar is a battered wife, she knows what her husband is like and she also knew that if she said something in favour of pratigya she would pay a heavy price behind closed doors, but that did not deter her from speaking the truth. She told everyone the truth and made it clear that pratigya was not at fault. The look of disgust on Ammaji's face was evident and the look of shame on shakti's face made clear that he would repay her in kind for telling the truth. Poor kesar!!!
Why does pratigya always choose the wrong time to walk off to her room, she should have stayed and witnessed Krishna's monologue to the whole junglee family and then she would have realised what a prized possession Krishna really is. But we have no such luck Krishna was bang on when he said everyone was jealous of pratigya because he takes care of her and shows his love for her openly. He showed them that this marriage was for keeps and he even went to the extent of saying he was prepared to leave the house with his wife. The whole family knows Krishna doesn't say things for the sake of saying them, he actually takes action and the family were shocked when he suggested leaving the house. He told them that in no certain terms would they be able to harm her while he was alive and he left everyone speechless. Well done Krishnađ. The only humour in that scene was when SS said "pitaji" even in the most serious of situations that man manages to make me laugh lol.
I hated shakti's behaviour towards kesar in their bedroom. He said her mann was as black as the colour of her skin, what a 𤏠he has no heart and he should be counting his blessings for having a faithful and loving wife like her. He didn't care if she told the truth, he was only bothered about being insulted by is younger brother.
What is it with Kriya, each time they take one step forward in their relationship, something happens to make them go 10 steps back. I liked the scene in the bedroom, Krishna can't bear to see tears in her pratigya's eyes, and he kept on asking her to stop crying but the tears kept on flowing. He acknowledged what happened was wrong and he even apologised to her. A lot of members are upset with how pratigya behaved with Krishna, but I actually think there was nothing wrong in what she said apart from the bit where she was questioning his love for her. There is only so much a woman can compromise on, the harder she tries to be a dutiful daughter in law the harder it gets for her to gain acceptance. To make a marriage successful you need the acceptance of both families but her inlaws, with the exception of kesar, daadi and possibly SS want her out. The contrast between both families is huge and no woman wants to be married into a family where women are treated like filth. The questions she asked were valid, Krishna knows his family well, he knows how ruthless they are and yet he married pratigya for his selfish reasons not considering whether she would be happy with his family. Granted he did mention moving out to keep her happy but pratigya doesn't know that. Krishna loves her so much and proves it over and over again, he said her tears weren't tears but blood flowing from his heart awww, but can a marriage survive solely on your husband love, especially when your living in an extended family, I think not. like i said before, the only thing pratigya did wrong was question his love for her, but everything else she said was true. Pratigya needs to learn when to stop talking though, so far Krishna has refrained from behaving like his father and brother but we all know he has a temper, she shouldn't push his buttons unnecessarily. I hated how he punched the wall and squeezed pratigyas face, they've only been married 3 days and he has caused her physical harm twiceâŚnot good Krishna!!!
I still cant get over how one woman can gain immense happiness in another woman's sorrow, ammaji was ecstatic when she was told kesar had been beaten up by shakti. She hates pratigya but I felt she had more of a connection with kesar and sympathised with her on a different level but I seem to have been mistaken, ammaji cares about no one but komal. And what is it with komal and her blood for blood dialogue; will she try to hurt pratigya? Hope not.
I hated the last scene, I guess we are in for more tears and rubbish in Mondays episode. Ammaji is going to spew her venom and pratigya is going to listen to everything quietly while nodding her head and silently shedding tears.
The precap is concerning, I hated the way Krishna spoke to pratigya, there was no love or respect whatsoever. I guess we have the honeymoon track to look forward to next week, that should be exciting đ
