I think he should have been more happy if he and his wife was accepted in his own home. But I feel in a way he feels more close to RS than his own dad. I remember the scene where Abhi after his grand entry will meet his dad at home. He first hugs his mom saying ..Love you mom. He expects a hug from his dad but that was just a formal sort of hug rather than with love. And his expression was like he was telling himself.....Come on, how do you expect this from your own dad.

But after the initial shock at the Sethi nivas, when RS welcomes him with outstretched hands, he was surprised and happy too. We have seen more of Abhi_RS bonding throughout. When Abhi hugs RS when he comes to pick anita for pag phera, for Holi post marriage.

So I feel he is more happy after Manju also accepts him.

Abhi also knows how much that means to Simi. If Simi is happy, Abhi is elated. They have been supporting each other on the streets, Dhaba, everywhere but yes like he said they were almost orphaned and not wanted by anyone just for being in love.

So I guess when they were accepted by Manju also, the tears of joy were bound to follow.

Well it was quite an emotional scene for me. It was new to me because I rarely cry watching even a movie for that matter. I do if the story is such and I am alone watching it. But never before for a Tv serial. Another occasion that was emotional for me here was when Simi cries to herself after Anuj accuses her saying his and Anitas wedding wont happen because she is still unmarried at 30.

Smriti is a natural actress👏....She is better than most seasoned actresses......The CV's need to know this and give her a script according to her and Neil Bhatt's talent!!!😃

I agree Omi is a pretty challenging role on KB. Ravi Dubey is very very handsome and also a very good actor. Fast becoming one of my favorites😃
