just read what I wrote and wanted to add that what I was trying to say is that even though the Asian culture has become more modern and understanding there are still aspects that are wrong and still happen
like I said i live in UK and know loads of Asian families were the woman are treated bad and actually not just Asian communities
I remember in the news there was a story of a man who used to lock his wife in the cupboard and treat her bad
it's just really gets me mad and upset

umm. well ma cousins frnd ha suffered alot. its quit different actually. her husband was mentaly mad and she didn't knew it b4 marriage infact no one in her family knew it she came to know it after her marriage. she got ill treated bby her mother-in-law and as her husband was not mentaly in a proper state... he use to sit and laugh at what is happening with his wife and would not defend her.
