I don't think it really matter at this point if moti believes her son is guilty, the truth is the truth and their nothing she can do about it. I think she might have a problem with the punishment they give if is harsh. Moti might tried to convince nanka to go easy on maulik cause he's a family member.

if it comes to this DM is not going to give him an easy punishment since he'z bin trading woman.. and what not... soo if moti knows whats gud for her she better shut her trap... as she knows when DM is angry/giving nyay... no one has a sayin of what his punishment shud b and i think if she interfares she'z gonna get her share as welll 😡 which is much deserved😡
