Personally,I think that Jai truly was the winner since he seems to have benefitted the most and I've seen him in many places. He did a dance-based film. He already was a choreographer and had his own dance institute, which has probably grown now. He seems to do numerous shows as well. He judged the auditions for DID L'il Masters, and might be a mentor for it--I'm slightly confused about that.

Mayuresh was in Maayka. Khushboo was in Sasural Genda Phool, but is not part of it anymore. I think I herad that Alsiha has a dance institute in her hometown? Siddesh is going to be a part of Zara Nachka Dikha 2.

The real journey only begins after the show ends. Reality shows give you popularity and get you noticed, but after that it's sheer hard work and a little bit of luck that takes you far!
