1. If Chachaji has a share in any part of the house, RS can never give away the property to any one. If he does, it will not be a valid document.

2. Have anyone saw the property transfer document carefully? Its on a Rs. 100 paper. Get real man!!!! A friend of mine transferred one property with similar value; he had to do that on a Rs. 30,000 paper.

Great observation.
I thought what RS did was not transfer the property but make a will in favour of his daughters that they will inherit any property he owns. But are wills made on stamp paper - I don't think so.
The CVs can get all this info with just a couple of phone calls but nahin - they assume the public is as ignorant as they are.
