The "Circuit" to our "Munna Bhai", Baji has always been there for Dutta. He's known Dutta since they were kids and he's quite possibly Dutta's only friend in the world - the only guy Dutta can talk to with ease and comfort. The only guy Dutta can be "himself" around. He's willing to lay his life on the line for Dutta and has done so on several occasions too! He's in a profession that calls for blood and works as a right-hand-man to his best friend.
He puts Dutta on a pedestal and expects nothing less than perfection from him - he is Dutta's "mirror" who show's him the (sometimes ugly) truth whenever Dutta needs it. He isn't "scared" of Dutta nor does he try to flatter Dutta with false words and praises - he knows Dutta better than anyone else and he understand the man beneath that rough exterior. He doesn't get offended by Dutta's harsh words or actions - he loves Dutta unconditionally!
And even though they are "childhood friend", Baji respects Dutta's experience and wisdom when it comes to "business". Even though he's just as good as Dutta, he never lets that bother him - in fact the thought never even occurs to him.
He sees so much blood/gore all day yet he is still able to laugh and make others laugh - all that violence hasn't robbed him of his sense of humor and that is one thing we love about him! He can make us laugh with his witty remarks and his unpredictable actions.
Simply put, he's Baji - the guy who lives to love/protect Dutta and the guy we love for it!
