I doubt Naina would try to sabotage her best friend's marriage, but maybe over time she may reflect on the AR situation and see the similarities in her own relationship (rebel doc, disapproving dad) and perhaps attempt to do things so she and Yuvi don't end up separated for so long, and Suvarna isn't going to want to tear her brother's marriage either and JP/Jiggy love their Sid bhaiyah too much to do something like that.
