Abhi- cool, confident, smart, good looking... married to a simple next- door girl Simi.
Must say this character has a lot of courage and determination as far as his thought for Simi is concerned. He loves her and there is no two ways about it...
Age factor.. thats not a big deed. Honestly, it does not really matter much... to an extent maybe.. but again that can be taken care of.
Simi- Simple, ordinary looking, problem of not getting proper suitors for obesity and age..
Nonsense.. these days there are many girls who get married at the age of 30 yrs, especially those who have a career to fall back upon.. But are darling in this story lacks self- confidence from day one and thanks to her ungrateful mom... just because she is a daughter you cannot use her as a doormat.. atleast she had voice of reasoning in the form of her Dad, otherwise forget about teaching in a college she would have been treated like a maid servant in the house..
Now, coming to her marriage.... one lucky girl must say.. she got someone she could not even dream of... this is that person who introduced her to the real Simi she was... but it is her nature to be too very helpful... and mind you dear friends it has nothing to do with age.. it is her sense of insecurity that always.. works within her....
Small example.. when they were disowned by Abhi's father... that night while walking on the streets she suddenly felt that sense of complete loss when she was about to collide with the cyclist... Abhi.. held her hands and made her realize things are not that bad... she did reciprocate... to that...
Even making food for her husband or standing by him when most of her family members were against their marriage was awesome to see..
But we forget she is actually a "Bhighi Billi" sorry to use the term.. but that what makes Simi the character so forgiving and selfless unlike her other siblings( not dear Mili..😛).... Her insecurity never dies..yesterday... when Abhi... said those harsh words to her, I was not surprised.. their relationship has always been like like.. it is Abhi.. who had to take all the decisions, for both of them...
Simi needs to become a fighter and learn to leave with self- respect... why does she have to listen to Nitu.. if she wants she can always prove her and Abhi's innocence with regards to Vicky's arrest is concerned...
But Abhi.. has at times given into her wishes too easily... any girl would want a hubby like him so considerate and understanding but at times he needs to make her grow... not that he does not do that.. but a little more strong or at times stubborn , he must be so to make Simi develop a character of her own...
It is natural for a girl to have bonding with her parents... but not at the cost of a new relationship.. which has given you so much in life...
Well, to cut the long story shot... both the characters are human.. Abhi is young and maybe impulsive.. in his approach.. but Simi is there to complement that as she did at the bus stand, by opting to travel by bus... So, no one is perfect and it is this sense of being perfect and appreciating each others gestures and desires what makes a relationship sustain in the long run...😊
