Just a few months back, reports about Neil's engagement to designer Priyanka Bhatia and plans of tying the knot surfaced, breaking many hearts. But all of Neil's female fans out there now have a reason to make merry.

Bollywood's hot hunk Neil Nitin Mukesh is very much single. He is not engaged and thus there's no marriage happening at least in the near future. In an exclusive interview Neil revealed to us, "I am not getting married. I am not engaged. It's all rumours." What then about news reports which had his quotes talking about marriage plans? "Media knows how to create such stuff. There is no such thing happening. In fact, there is no romance in my life right now. It's just work, work and more work," Neil declared.

Neil is definitely one of the hottest actors we have today and his female fan following is growing by the day. Though he hasn't done an out an out romantic role till date, the Neil off-screen is an extremely romantic guy. "I am a very romantic person. Right now there's no one in my life and I am too tied up with work, but yes, if I have the time and have the chance... I will show how romantic I can get," said Neil with a twinkle in his eyes.

Talking about love the actor said, "Love is all about moments. For me romance is making the moment special for someone." A romantic thought, isn't it? We are sure this hottie has set your hearts racing.

No one in ur life..then WTH was that interview to filmfare about were u talked about priyanka and being so deeply in love with her and that ur going to get married to her n blah blah blah..
what happened to u neil??
what kinda of work is that is keeping u busy!! Ohhooooooo like i said another one gone down the drain..but trust me neil ur not doing the right thing..For whomsoever u left Priyanka am sure is not worth it!!

Neil single again

Neil Nitin Mukesh and his girlfriend, designer Priyanka Bhatia, have called off their relationship. The couple had been seeing each other for almost two years. This comes as a bit of a shock because Neil had confessed not too long ago that they were as good as married and their parents had heartily endorsed the union.

In an earlier interview to Mumbai Mirror Neil had said, "Priyanka and I spend so much time together, so making it official is hardly going to make a difference to our equation. There's absolutely no family pressure on either of us. In fact, God forbid, if we ever decide not to carry our relationship further, our parents will disown us."

So then what went wrong? Neil refused to specify, only saying, "I really don't want to discuss it but since you're asking me, I won't lie. It is true that Priyanka and I are no longer a couple. The parting was by mutual consent and very amicable. We're still friends and always will be.

Priyanka is still as welcome in my home as I am in hers," says Neil, adding that there were a number of reasons behind the decision. "I can't discuss them all but mainly my profession, namely acting, was far removed from her world. To her credit, Priyanka tried to be part of my world but it just didn't work."

Considering that they were talking about an imminent engagement followed by marriage, this comes as a real shock to all of Neil's family and friends.

Neil adds, "I really wanted us to be together for keeps but sometimes destiny has other plans. To compound my problems, I am currently staying alone in our flat in Powai. But considering what happened now, I plan to shift back with my parents."

The one good thing that Neil's stint alone has taught him is cooking. "I can make everything from biryani to pasta…but I wish I had someone in my life to make them for me," says Neil. For the moment though, he isn't bothered about his single status. "I just want to concentrate on my work," he says.

I don't blame neil at all. He was serious about her ex gf, and he told the whole world, not that he hide something. But things didn't worked, not a big deal. It's good both realized sooner that they aren't for each other. Not a big deal.
