Do you think simi will sense RS's troubles. Knowing how close SImi and RS are I am sure she will.
May be that promo was all about Simi thinking or RS and feeling that he is in a big trouble or something and may be call him and visit him to find out. Or may be she will find out from Mili what is happenig there.
