I am shooting for Vikram Bhatt's Ankahee. There is a bit of patchwork left which we are completing.

Why I don't regret being single
I don't regret it at all because I am the queen of my own kingdom.

Why I don't envy girls who are hitched
I am happy for the girls who are hitched because they are made their decision and are happy with it. Some day I will be on the other side too.

Hopefully by next year I won't be answering these questions before Valentine's Day…(laughs).

I am going to be shooting for 1.40 Ki Last Local. Right now my one and only Valentine is my work. I am having an affair with my work!

Why I don't regret being single
It's the best situation to be in — single. But though I am single I am not ready to mingle. Its unbelievably great to be footloose and fancy free. You are just your own person and there is so much time for yourself.

Why I don't envy girls who are hitched
I am enjoying my single status. Also all those friends of mine who are hitched today are unhappy. I am the only happy one and I am so because I am not hitched.

I am not shooting and I might meet up with some single friends and go out for dinner. When I was in a relationship I used to celebrate Valentine's Day. It's special spending the day with someone you love and exchanging beautiful gifts.

Why I don't regret being single
I prefer being single as I had a bad relationship. Though I have fond memories of it now, I know it's difficult to balance a career and a guy. So I want to focus on my career.

Why I don't envy girls who are hitched
I do envy women who are hitched, and in good relationships. I don't miss the love factor in my life today. I hold both myself and my boyfriend responsible equally for the failed relationship. I can't indulge in flings.

To me my boyfriend is my best friend and I am very serious about my relationship. But the moment you want a commitment men run away.

Also it becomes an ego issue for them when you make more money than them. Today I am enjoying my single woman status — this way I don't have to be responsible or accountable to anyone.

I am shooting for Shabri in the night which destroys my evening plans and I will be sleeping during the day.

Why I don't regret being single
I really don't understand the why there is such a hue and cry about going around and it being such a fad. It's like being with someone is like a fashion statement. It's not escapism to be single, nor are you running from you responsibilities but sometimes it's just fun to be on your own. One day I will find someone that will be fun too.
