she will definately use this against saadhna..probably to provoke Ragini to hate Saadhna even more. Because Avni will definately will find out why Saadhna needed a lot of money.
and she will find out that mami ji had clot in her brain, she'll blabber it to Ragini. which may get either Ragini angry, or feel guilty. more chnaces of her getting angry because avni will say things like "saadhna didn't even think it was important to tell you about you're mothers health, so she can get a chance to be all good in front of your mom, and make you bad." etc and etc..which will get Ragini to hate Saadhna even more.

So yeah...nothing positive, it'll be definately against Saadhna as Saadhna knows their truth so yeah!
