If you have been considering attending Lumos 2006, and have not yet registered, now is the time to do so. The organizers let us know today that their Harry Potter Symposium is rapidly selling out, so if you would like to register, you may do so via this link. This latest gathering of Harry Potter fans will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada July 27-30 and will feature many presentations, panels and speakers on and about the world of Harry Potter. Nooo. PLEASE don't talk to me about Lumos.

I've had my heart set on it FOREVER, because they have the live podcast thingy there, but my parents REFUSE to send me. They don't mind, but my dad says that his business schedule is REALLY busy around the end of July, therefore there will be no one to take me. And since I'm under 18, I do need a chaperone.

I'm really depressed, because things were looking VERY good for Lumos. But now my dad doesn't want me to go, and I'm just totally depressed.

Let's not talk about Lumos. Please.

Yeah, anyone can be there. You just have to have $160 plus money for expenses, flights, hotel booking, the time, a chaperone (if you're under 18) and PARENTS WHO ARE UNDERSTANDING.

Hey well if you got the money and permission then go for it but me on the other hand I can't because I am broke so forget it. 😆 I mean I'm not even that crazy for Harry Potter so it's no bummer for me. ^^ I'm just happy with the books & movies.

Plus, I don't want to go to Las Vegas, Nevada again. 🥱 The weather was horrible and there we're a bunch of crazy people running around handing you out those you know what flyers. 👎🏼
