Samrat definitely loves his Chashmish..but initially he was afraid of marriage because of his parents, he didnt believe in marriage...

But when he saw the impact of it on his love, he made the comittment, and as we all know that person in coma hears it, thats why he proposed her when she was in coma..

He indeed loves her from bottom of his heart...
