I NEED UR HELP WELL ACTUALLY MY FRIEND ON IF NEEDS UR HELP, U C SHE CAN'T LOG ON TO IF CUZ SHE HAS DA COOKIES PROBLEM, SHE SEZ DAT SHE HAS TRIED SO MUCH SOFTWARES, ALL OF DEM SAY DEY HAVE DELETED DA COOKIES, BUT SHE 'STILL CNT LOG ONTO I-F SOS HE TOLD ME TO ASK U GUYS WAT SHE SHOULD DO CAN U GUYS PLZ TELL ME SO I CAN TELL HER

well, what kind of internet does she use? Internet Explorer?
If she does, tell her to

go to Tools

Then Internet Options

Then click on Delete Cookies

and then Click OK

and it should be done. she doesn't need a software. if that doesn't work:

1. Close the Internet

2.Click on Start and go to Search for Files or Folders on your computer.

3. Search for Temporary Internet Files

4. Delete all the Files in their.

5. Then it should work

yepp... but if your at a public libraray etc. on the site when you try logging in .. and if it says cookie proble ... scroll down and there will be a link that says delte cookies created by this site.. clikc on it.. open up the internet again and then try to logg on... happed to me but i solved my prob. hope this helps 😳
