Guys I think what they showed in today's episode was exactly how our sajan are and I was totally speechless after watching monaya's performance tonight!....the way samrat reacted was exactly how he has always been'.the samrat of denial, is what I like to call him'.he never looks at the future and he never looks at the past but only wants to deal with right now because he has been hurt so badly in the past that that's the only way he has learned how to cope'..so when he confessed his love for gunjan and told her he wants to be with her his whole life'.he totally meant it except he doesn like to think as to how that would be possible without getting married'and then there is gunjan who is always looking at the future and wants to spend her entire life with him'so she wants something that would always keep them together because she know how it feels to loose him...and the beauty of that scene today really took my breath away when they told each other exactly how they feel'..samrat is scared and he still doesn wanna deal with the fact that if he does marry gunjan than he will loose her for sure one day but this accident is gonna be like punch in his face (just like that sheena's drama was)..and will shake him out of all his fears and make him realize that nothing is as scary as living without gunjan and that's when he will wanna get married to her'..and later when samrat will tell her that he wants to marry her then gunjan will accept right away cuz that's how gunjan is'she trusts samrat to tell her exactly how he is feeling '..gosh I swear their love story is the most beautiful love story ever!!

I m gonna disagree wit u 100% ... I did NOT think the epi was crappy..I did NOT think sam was wrong ... Since you guys wanted to me to reply to this beautiful topic, I was gathering my nerve to watch the episode again, yes that's right, till a few hours ago, I have watched the episode only once. I thought watching it the second time won't hurt as much, but I was wrong, it hurt even more, but this time I couldn't shed tears, because I was truly numb. Diya and Mads, I won't be able to come even close to put my thoughts across as well as you guys, but for you all I will try my best.

SaJan - Our beloved couple, soul mates, Two halves of a whole. That's what they are to Us NOW. What were they before ? Samrat and Gunjan.

Gunjan a shy, simple, innocent, naive yet very intelligent girl from a small twon called Morena. Who grew up under a shadow of a very controlling Bui and a very dominating elder sister who was the Diva of their town. Her life was her books and her family. She never had any admirers and it didn't matter to her as long as she was loved by her sister and Bauji. She comes to Mumbai and from the very first day, her life gets entangled with Samrat's life , the cool dude and the hottest guy in college. Her whole life she was used to guys overlooking her as if she was invisible, yet this guy who every gurl wanted, looked into her eyes, and despite her specs, saw the real Gunjan, who could sing, who could give him a piece of her mind, who was strong enough to stand up for her beliefs. Even she didn't know who the real Gunjan was and what she was capabale of until Samrat showed her. Its no wonder she trusted him, how could she not ? He made her fall in love with herself. For a girl like Gunjan, loving others is easy and loving yourself is almost impossible. Also for a girl like Gunjan trusting a guy is as equal to loving him, so it was only time before she realized that SHE LOVED HIM. Not only loved him, but HE BECAME HER LIFE, long before they even confessed. Why did't she tell him ?? Her Di was forever convincing her to tell her feelings to Samrat. She couldn't, because for her, his happiness lies with someone else, and her happiness is linked with his. Bur wait, was that the only reason she didnt tell him her feleings ? No, the real and the biggest reason was, she didnt think of herself as WORTHY of him. He could Never Fall for someone like HER.

Samrat, the cool dude and the hottest guy in college, the guy every girl wanted as her boyfriend. A guy who loved to flirt, who didnt believe in love, but respected girls. His life gets entagled with Gunjan's. What was it about this Chashmish that made him wnat to bare his soul ? And why ? Because she saw the REAL Samrat too, so hid his pain, loneliness, vulnerablilties, pain and fears behind his happy go lucky, charming and flirty image. He thought he fell in love, but why was it that even with a new relationship, he could only see abd care about Chashmish happiness ?? Why was his world was still centered around his best friend ? The answer came to him laters, much later, that he loved his chashmish. Has loved her for a long time. Why didn't he accept it sooner ? Was it only because the thought he was unworthy of her love ? And if so, why did he think he was un worthy of her love ? He is a goolooking guy, edcuacted, rich, charming, For any girl he was the perfect guy. So why think that way ? Was it because unknow to even him, he came from a broken family and didn't believe in marriage ? And knew Gunjan coming from a family with very strong bonds, would believe in it ? This might have been the reason at his subconcious levEl, but the Samrat we all know, never thinks about the futire, he thinks in today. So he accepted his love for his chashmish and confessed, because he would rather stop breathing then NOT CONFESS. For a guy who never had any family, who made his friends his family and loved them, finally got a family in the form of his love, in the form of of HIS CHASHMISH. He finally had someone to love, to care for, to pamper, to cherish to LIVE for. She loved him more then life itself. She understood him through and through. He didn't even need to say things most of the time for her to understand what he wants or what he is feeling. They were soul mates.

So what happened in Valentines ball ? The day began with both of them hoping znd dreaming of a future together. So what happened ? Their idea of a future together were different !! How could that be ? They were soulmates !! They knew what the other wanted, so what lead to them even having this conversation ? What lead them to this heartache, this pain ? What lead them was Gunjan's dreams and Samrat's demons !! This conversation, this pain, they heartbreak was inevitable !! Its so strange that even now when they are on a different wave length, they were still thinking like soul mates !! 'Why can't He/She understand me?' 😭

I have called Samrat all sorts of fool and even called him a few names after watching the epi, because only those ppl are capable of hurting you whom you love. I was angry thats why I was more focused on Gunjan's pain and heartache, and could not see and feel Sam's anguish and pain when i saw the epi the first time. He would rather die then hurt his chashmish, but to him SHE UNDERSTOOD his fears and lack of belief in marriage !! She KNEW didn't she ? He has said so before right ? So why isn't their love isnt enough for them to stay together forvever ? So why was she doing this to them ? Doesnt she know he CAN'T live without her ?? Doesnt she know his life is nothing without her ? 😭
