Reality Shows promoting regionalism....

The day is not far when someone will file a PIL(Public Interest Litigation) against such programs (read SaReGaMa) where regionalism is promoting such an extent!!

I don't see the reason why the regional breakup of the votes is given? The only place such detailed breakups are provided are in Indian Parliamentary and/or State Elections.. There are teams of economists analyzing the turns, swings and giving their interpretation on why the trend is like that!!

So I wonder why the "intelligent" producers of this show who thought about showing regional breakups - did not get an idea of getting "so-called" experts to analyze these votes on weekly basis - the swing in favor of Debojit i s +10% or swing against Vinit in MP is -2.5% . All those pie-charts, exit polls - like everyone outside telephone booth is being asked who did you vote for? Predict who will get how many votes next week...

I would have taken such experts anyday rather than hearing HR talking about Vinit...
