Do you like Potter AND Anime?

I know people like Unnati and Ami love Anime, and they're obviously into HP (that's why they're here). So I listen to this new podcast online, and I thought it'd be cool if y'all subscribed. It's called PotterChan, and they discuss HP and anime, so you guys should enjoy it. If you have iTunes, go search for 'PotterChan' in the podcasts. It rocks. Jackie's a girl from the chatroom I visit, and she's really nice. It's really nice though because everyone is so cheerful and hilarious, it's a treat listening to them. You get giggly just doing it ^_^. So check it out.

Even if you're not into anime, download it for the HP part. It's cool.

yes i ADORE anime... esp CCS...
but i don't think i'd like to see HP in an anime format... awwwwwwwwww... harry would look so cute with this big sweatdrop SO characteristic of anime... and the flapping arms like sakura whenever she sees syaoran.....awwwwwwwww s,s i love you guys! 😆

Nahin, they do not have HP in anime format. They just sometimes discuss Potter and sometimes discuss anime throughout the show. HP and anime don't have any connection there.

As for me, I have no idea about anime. I know it's Japanese animation, but that's where my knowledge on anime ends. So I'm usually lost during the anime parts, but it's all good.

As for you Rashmi you're definately missing out. Anime/Manga is something great to experience. Just like the same way you read Harry Potter for enlightment and fun... it's the same way we fans of manga read well... manga for enlightment and fun. But just like any genre of reading there's always the good stuff and the bad stuff. There's only a FEW animes/mangas I think are worth checking out. ^^

And don't ever mistaken anime for just "cartoons" because it's more than that. I mean if you were to say that to someone (especially people in Japan who love it) they would get very offended. And I agree it's much more than just "cartoons" and "animation".

Anime/manga is a great combination of story & art and you really can't get that anywhere else. ^^ So, if you're interested in something "new" then you should give it a try maybe.

And the stories aren't hard to follow at all. There's nothing complicated when it comes to understing anime/manga. It's like the same way you read a Harry Potter book. 😊 The stuff in Harry Potter isn't all real (just like it is in anime/manga) yet you still love it and enjoy reading it.

lol I sure had a lot to say about anime/manga. 😃 oh well~! It's the truth I guess.
