Teena over Amrita? Lost respect for Geeta and DID

I don't know if its just me, but I was shocked and appalled by the decision of Geeta and the rest of the judges to choose Teena over Amrita. Is it because she 'exposes' more? Girls that expose more or do 'sexier' dances are given preference to contestants who do much more difficult and demanding dances, especially when their indian. I am not a fan of Amrita or Teena but I find it quite ridiculous that they were saying Teena's "ringa ringa' was better than Amrita's classical. If you had each of them do the others dance, Im pretty sure Teena would not be able to pull of Amrita's dance.
I thought the level of DID was supposed to be higher? And that they were looking for someone versatile? Seems as thought their encouraging girls to be sexy and expose more. Call me old fashioned, but I would rather see a good dance, rather than a 'masala' package.
I feel like this season their trying to focus on the 'show' more than the 'dance'. Im sure the decision to take Teena was for TRP purpose, and to cater to the audience who unfortunately would rather be oogling at a girl doing a dance like 'Ringa Ringa'. And I'm not saying I only want to see classical...I love to see salsa, and contemporary and the first season of DID was amazing with the amount of variety and focus on dance that was displayed.
I'm still going to continue to watch DID, because I'm sure once the judges start choreographing we will get to see some good dances. I was just rather upset at how the standards have become today. Is there no credit given to a good dancer? Only on one who can add the mirch and masala??

Nah i think Tina was good...they dont select based on beauty and exposing, if that was the case then the Noreen girl would have been preferred over the married bihari girl who was kinda dark?

However i do agree that amrita deserved to win and she should have been selected over the girl with the cool attitude...her dance was pathetic and the only move i remember her doing was clap clap clap thingy....even in earlier rounds she wasnt that good so i think in all terms of fairness the cool attitude girl should have gone and amrita should have stayed...and tina is a good dancer so i am glad she stayed too.

ps = I dont understand what you meant by Tina is been kept for TRP purposes? She doesnt have the personality, and by that i meana good sense of humor to be kept for trp purposes..she is not like Rakhi, she is well above rakhi in terms of dancing.

I have a feeling that in girls, the ''Cool attitude girl'' would be the first to go...now lets make a bet, what happens if my prediction wins over yours?! 😉😆
