From the pre-cap something does not look like it's going as planned and this dinner is not going to happen. Right now the biggest concern in the storyline is the Simi-Nukul drama. We have to realize that even if this does not happen, what is stop Manju and Mrs. Tarneja for trying again. A smart Simi would have secured her rishta with Abhi. She would not have to get married immediately but it would have stopped, at leat her mother, from pushing another rishta on her.
