Ooh..there are quite a few couples I'd like to start a FC for...but I don't want to have to do more than two...errm...okay, could I do Ron-Hermione and Harry-Ginny?

A question though, what exactly do you have to do to start a FC??

You can do anything. Just create a thread and make it pretty if you want...you can do whatever you want.
