Manju ji will not accept. In spite of trying to be the best daughter, Simi still gets insulted by Manju. Her disgust was evident when Abhi brings Nakul home. Her support to Anuj was evident when he says its not right for Abhi visiting often. She has always been worried about what society will say... So Manju accepting this is a big no...This is what i feel.

Mesimi I said the same day or RS had annulled the marriage of Simi and RB it were passing out after the speech of woman to rate her so the company is more than the happiness of her children is a pity that Manjuji is a character like that is too easily influenced but I think that RS will see things in another way it has always been the happiness of his daughters (especially Simi) first

manju ji is cruel towards her childrens n wud b ngry first..........will give lot of taunts 2 simi.......bt later on as being a mother wen she will realize dat abhi only can bring lovely smile on her simi's face .......den seeing dis she will split all her bitterness 2wards their relation n hug them both.........bt yes it will take a bit more tym...........

As we know from her previous dealings, she was even almost ready to give Simi to RB.

Its purpose is to Simi married but his main angle is the company I put my hands want to cut it can not support RS Simi I see too many who will be the happiest of all

Manju has her heart set on Nukul - age wise he is appropriate and he is extremely wealthy. However, if Abhi's family is far more wealtheir or equal in wealth as Nukul's and Nukul is only interesting in marrying Simi so they can secure Neetu's rishta with Omi, she might reconsider. Even more so, if Neetu elopes with Vicky which will mean an end to any chances for Simi.

However, the age difference will bother her and she will not want this marriage to take place and her daughter is taunted even more. However, since the family has a good standing, she might agree to it. Sadly Manju cares little for Simi's happiness and will only start to feel compassion for her daughter when Abhi stands up for her against her in-laws.

I rarely agree with you but I agree on this point Manjuji worry happiness happiness Simi but none of his children

Manju is a very difficult character to predict.
At one point she wants her daughters to find their own life partners, and at the other point she cannot tolerate the Neetu getting expensive gifts from her supposed boyfriend(at that point she suspect there is a boyfriend).
A mother who doesn't see that her daughter's life would be ruined if she marries RB just for the sake of society.
It is the same mother who wants to take the daughter to a doctor personally.
It is the same mother who gets scared and feels guilty that she isn't able to pay much attention towards her daughters because her mind is preoccupied with her own worries.
When Anuj says Abhi's shouldn't be coming home, it was not shown what was her reaction, but at that moment she was more worried if she is going to get that money in Anuj's hand to buy gift for Nakul's family.
But she is a person who gives more importance to the society, even for Neetu, she says, it was a "Driver" who brought her home! I was shocked when I heard that.
So, I would like Manju not to think about society atleast once and see that Abhi is a much better son in the Sethi's lives and sees it that way rather than get more stressed and grieve when the truth about Simbhi is out.
