what was it that he said actually...

Abhi apko pasand kerta hai...huh?... as in likes you or has the hots for you n wants to marry you?

and what was this thing about the tree n the game that he taught Abhi to play.. went right past me!

as in abhi is making him (nakul) work for Simi? becuase he likes Simi? explain plz...someone..

perhaps im only watching with 10% of my brain switched on now...

You are not alone - it made no sense but it gave the impression that he didn't think he (Abhi) fancied her but cared about her instead. Odd and senseless scene.

Yes, I would like clarification what Nakul said to Simi. Is Nakul saying that Abhi is only playing childhood games with her and that Nakul wants Simi to be his life partner? Please explain.

No kidding! My brain had a blackout - at least you still retained 10% of yours. But the part that was most abrasive was 'We have decided that you will be our life partner' . . . how . . . bloody . . . presumptuous . . . and pompous can one get?!!! Excuse me?!!! Who anointed you King of the Universe?!!

I just hope that what he was trying to say was "See, I know that Abhi's got the hots for you . . . but so do I (in some strange sort of way) . . . and may the best man win"

Is there a contest here?!! Only if Simi transitions to using only 10% of her brain - permanently!! 😔

Yeah when he said, "Abhi likes you", Nakul was supposed to mean "Abhi care for you", but for me it turned out as if, "Abhi has the hots for you".
You know why, bcos of how he said those words ... watch it again ! He says it with some husky tone and the look he gives .. OMG .. its as if deeply penetrating Simi.
I have nothing against the actor, but I don't like this guy!

When he said that he meant that Abhi likes you so that he is sure that you are right for me !! Even I kinda understand it like that !! Yeah Abhi kya cheez hai kya that he will make sure that somthing is right for Nakul

hey guys,

i have been following this forum for a while now...started watching karol bag 2 weeks ago but was so addicted that i read all the written updates before that (kudos to everyone who contributed, the updates were helpful)...so i think now i am at par with the story....

so yeah, even i am confused by that scene today... didnt understand the connection between nakul choosing simi as his life partner and abhi climbing on a tree to get his present :)....

anways just wanted to say that there was only good sentence nakul said today and that was "he respects the wishes of people who are younger to him " (this is when neetu requested to take his car to go meet her friend)....maybe he will respect abhi's wishes too and not marry simi ...what say?

I feel he is talking zamindaar language ki um keth dekhnay kay phele zameen ki chan been karthay hai !!

Like Abhi will first see how you do and then I will get you !! It has double meaning
