1) Neetu Finds out she is pregnant - and simmi knows this now

2) Nakuls Grandmother likes simmi and wants nakul to marry her and Nakuls Younger brother to marry Neetu

3) Thats the Twist ... now simmi may say yes as she wants neetu to get married... but spoil 6 lives

4) Abhi is very sad as he thinks he has lost simmi forever
