Sukriti Khandpal is like Kangna

Agle Janam's Sidhheshwari aka Sukirti Khandpal, plays the hot and wicked wife of Shekhar in Agle janam mohe bitiya hi kijo.

Thanks to her gorgeous curly mane similar to Kangna's, the girl thinks she is her exact replica. Infact, recently she has acquired an accent also similar to Kangna.

"People have told me quite a many times that I look like Kangna and I take that as a huge compliment. Kangna is one of the most sought after actress in Bollywood today and I aspire to become like her some day," Sukirti said.

But unlike her icon, the girl refuses to experiment with her role in Zee TV's show Agle janam Mohe bitiya hi kijo.The story forward demanded Siddheshwari to turn negative and plot Lali's murder with Ranvijay.But Sukirti simply refused to portray the shades of grey. Instead, she is happy playing dumb brunette wife of Shekhar in the show. When the producer insisted that her turning negative was vital for the growth of the story, she simply put her foot down saying that she would rather prefer to quit the show.

However, in Agle Janam she has grey shades in her character but the actress is famous for her role of Dr.Riddhima from Dil Mill Gayye.

Small screen's 'Kangna' throws tantrums

Mumbai: She has an uncanny resemblance to Kangna Ranaut. Now, television actor Sukirti Khandpal is working towards being a prototype of Kangna on the small screen. This is giving sleepless nights to the makers of her show Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. Sukirti plays a prominent role in the show that aires on Zee TV.

TV actor Sukirti Khandpal, who looks a lot like Kangna Ranaut, wants roles like the ones the Bollywood actor has played on the big screen.

A source said, "The storyline of the show demands that Sukirti's character turns negative. But she refuses to portray any character that has shades of grey. She says she would rather quit the show than play a negative character. Perhaps she doesn't want to let go of her innocent on-screen image which is similar to some of the roles that Kangna has done. But following Kangna obsessively will damage her career."

Sukirti has even styled her hair like Kangna. She also watches interviews of the actor to get an accent similar to hers. Her friends say Sukirti is so obsessed with looking like Kangna that she always asks people around her for suggestions to perfect the actor's look.

Even Sukirti admits to this 'obsession'. But she doesn't find it wrong in any way.
