He should be done apologizing and i am glad that he is. He is a great guy and a superb actor. His past had destroyed his career before but now he has got on his feet again so he should really focus on his career right now. He has great potential(:

I am glad he is done apologizing, Salman is not ready to forgive and forget so Vivek shouldn't waste his time. It was a lesson he learned the hard way. It is time for Vivek to focus on his career and less on his past.

I'm no big fan of Vivek, but I don't understand the antagonism towards him. Salman did something terribly embarrassing, and why does everyone want all of his misconducts covered up? It's really foolish of Vivek to even ask for 'forgiveness', especially from something that's as pathetic and egoistic as Salman. Salman Khan is a fricking megalomaniacal arsehole who thinks the fricking world spins around him and all these asskissers about him are only too glad to foster this delusion. I absolutely can't stand that man, and really hope Viviek would shup up at least now.

I still dont understand why everyone is blaming Vivek for the press conference he called. I find that it was right thing to do especially when a person calls up ur cell 43 times in the night and threatens you. He should have gone to the police. It was salman's god fortune that he had good connections in the industry. Had he been a lesser hero, the same people would have sided vivek for his actions.

Its ridiculous to let go of someone who gets away with everything from murdering people to animals and to threatening and manhandling.

Unfortunately, money and power talk more in the industry than just a simple question of right and wrong. I know people who have had personal contact with Vivek and they all say he is a good human being and a VERY hardworking actor who actually researches his role (how many of our so-called top actors do that?😕) . The way he reacted to the Salman episode was immature BUT that does not take away the fact that Salman was the aggressor and Vivek the victim. Of course, there was another culprit on the scene too but like I said, power talks in this indsutry and some people get away scot-free for using and dumping others.

First let me say something before I start this reply !! I am not against Salman but that man has so many friends in the industry because other actors are scared of him !! Because they know how he treats his enemies !! On his face everyone says my friend Salman !! His own family is afraid of him !! His sisters-in law are great friend of Gauri but he treats SRK like dirt and so to Vivek !! He is the most agressive man in the industry !! The person who has no pity on innocent animals murdering people on the roadside and then as drunk blames his driver !! He should be the one who should change !! I am not offending any Salman fans !! This is a suggestion and being his movie lover is my own request !!

Enough, I won't apologise to Salman anymore: Vivek

We have seen Vivek Oberoi many a times begging for an apology from Salman Khan who has always given him cold shoulder. But the Kurbaan lad seems no more in mood to befriend the miffed Khan. In a recent conversation with Koel Puri he says, "I am done with apologising."

The actor is also claims that he is not afraid Salman's physical strength over and states that should there be a fight between the two, he will hold his ground against Khan. Doesn't that sound like an invitation to fight?

Here are excerpts from the chat that airs on November 28 on Headlines Today.

Koel: I watched your recent interview with Farah and in context to Salman you said, 'hum mard ki tarah ek dosare ko mar sakte hai, mere bhi do haath hai... and all this. If you actually got into a fisticuffs with him, who would win?

Vivek: Umm...I really don't know, I mean it kinda sounds like the expected answer would be obviously the brawn man. But umm... it doesn't really work that way. I mean, I've had my share of fights and I think I can hold my own. I don't think it's about a size of a bicep, it's the intent and speed of a fist hitting a vital point that determines a fight.

Koel (interrupting): Now don't say anything you are going to regret again.

Vivek: No no no... I think that's what determines a fight. I don't know if you've ever seen a street fight or if you've ever seen a brawl... it's not really about how big the guy is.

Koel: Please do invite me if you do decide to have this challenge. I want front row seats to this fight.

Vivek: You and half the world... No

Koel: Now, you've done your share of apologising but of course those apologies haven't really been accepted by Salman. He still... the only person that he talks badly about let's say... is you. Like he does say you are an idiot. I'm sorry to say this but he does say this, as you are aware of it.

Vivek: I mean well in the current context, I take that as a compliment, you know '3 Idiots', I would like be the fourth.

Koel: Nicely said.

Vivek: Raju Hirani, if you're watching...

Koel: So are you done with apologising?

Vivek: Ya I'm done.

Koel: So that phase of your life is over?

Vivek: Ya. I think I've squared all of that up, I've finished all the things I started. I've decided not to talk badly about anybody. If somebody else wants to continue talking badly about whoever else including me, then they can. I mean those are choices everybody makes.
