Its Prithvi we are talking about and because of all the reasons everyone else has beautifully explained.
Apart from all that i think the CV's can explore all the drama if this track is taken this way......exploring Prithvi's dilemma.
Dam will be hurt but i think Zain has a good point when she says that , dam is smart so she will definitely sense that there is something behind Prithvi's reluctance and try and find out what it is..
I will be thoroughly disappointed if
it happens.
Wanted to write a longer answer ...but my thoughts are not organised at the moment ......besides everything has been said so well..

Shwetha good you have not turned up until now as it gives me a chance to explain my POV a lil more....
Now I have always felt very strongly abt everything related to the Prida track esp how their love and relationship should progress....and i was one of the last converts to the marriage track , accepted it only when I had no choice ...and this was for a couple of reasons like ;
1 .We should not be cheated out of all the lovely scenes that will follow if their relationship progresses only very slowly...... but unfortunately that was not to be and the one month leap further dashed all hopes .
2. More importantly i wanted Prithvi to commit as few mistakes as possible and that would mean less reasons for Dam to hate him when the truth comes out . Now just how will he explain his decision to hide his real identity from her even after the marriage..... he would be terribly misunderstood and he would even be compared to Sam....and that would be such an injustice on him ......but we know Prithvi's struggle and the torture he goes thru ..Dam does'nt know as yet...
Now to some of the points you raised.Do they need physical intimacy to feel truly bonded ? --- IMHO the answer is no. They will feel it when they realize how much they love each other and how much they need each other and how life would be impossible without each other. Their journey towards this realization has only just begun . and besides no one feels truly bonded to another just because they have had a physical relationship. Take savni's case in point....and countless other examples from real life .......
Whats wrong if he gives into his feelings....afterall she is his wife and they love each other --- Again nothing wrong under normal circumstances ...... but here the situation is anything but normal . So the husbands response to this situation should also be different .... ie fight your feelings .Besides his wife does'nt as yet know who he exactly is . Later when she realises the truth she should'nt have the feeling that she went to bed with a 'stranger'. I think she will respect him all the more then .
Here she can even compare Prithvi's actions with our old friend Inder . Inder tried to force himself even before their marriage when he had no right to . But Prithvi does'nt do it even when the wife is willing and when he has every right to legally and morally. I dont think this point will be lost on Damz . Afterall Inder has only helped Prida so far....right ?
Prithvi's hell and the drama of confrontation --- I think the' better hell' from the dramatic point of view will be the hell he goes through when he has to run away every single time and when he sees her hurt and confusion at the seeming rejection and when he cannot explain his actions to her . He will have to come up with one excuse after another every single day and whats drama if that is not ? But again all the mazza is lost once the deed is done.
What would force Prithvi to come clean? --- he will be forced to come clean once he realises that he cannot take the above hell and his wife's hurt any longer ..
After all there has to be some difference between Prithvi Saxena and Sameer Saxena...right ?Now tell me was I all heart and no head here ? 😃
As for me Shwetha ...i can say for certain that the edit part is written strictly keeping in mind the the drama and the prida relationship POV in mind as you wanted us to do .
