Has the Abhishek-Antara bond distorted post the leap? I just saw few episodes and it seems Abhishek is retaliating to her inability to understand things in a 'normal way', her 'stubborness' and her 'time-table'. I read in articles that Abhishek would still be loving to her, so is it true that he has changed? If that is the case, I feel bad - because more than Antara, I used to watch the show for Abhishek! :(

i was wondering the same too. as per the articles on the leap abhi is supposed to be attached to antara. but he seems to get annoyed at everything she does.

After all Abhishek is going through adolescence isn't it? Is he? I wonder how old he is now and antara. In case he is undergoing adolescence then his irritation and arguing does make sense.

yep thats why i havent questioned that...but im wondering at the articles. vidya is also fine with antara though she seems a little distant. but then she is not seen to be showing extra care for abhi either. so maybe she lets them be as they are both older and dont need her to pamper them.

hehe. well shreya i reacted like that because i have seen my angelic kids become real horrible beings at times selfish as hell and argumentative at all times and foul language at will lol lol. But deep down I do like to believe that they sill are sweethearts. Fingers crossed. Ouch!!! that hurt. I am severely wounded in two fingers small and ring of the right hand as I write this and nursing a fracture to the right foot. So you better cross your fingers on my behalf ok and I will just touch wood. Haha

awww poor padma! get well soon dear! regarding kids getting worse as they grow older...well thats common. my mom's common refrain was as u have grown older u have become more badmash. 😒
with abhi...his behavior is natural for his age. i was also thinking that now he's kinda resenting antara's autism. he's also old enough to understand the difference b/w an own and step sister. soon he might start resenting his father for what he did to his mom.

That maybe not since aditya seems to have a good relationship with him based on camaraderie. The scene on the staircase was nice more one to one rather than parent to child, another proof of acknowledging abhishek's wanting his space his freedom the peer pressure etc etc

anyway the poor kid can hardly boast of a carefree childhood. Let him at least live his adolescence on his own terms. He needs a break.

in the talk with abhi adi tells him no matter what he must remember antara is his sister and he should take care of her always. i was thinking maybe adi has no choice except to convince abhi to look after antara. but is it fair on abhi?
