i think it's unfair to compare meenal with aditi..because the first contestant will always be the better(and special) than the new ones to us...atleast for me... 😊

I havent followed Indian Idol 1, so i dont know about Aditi .... but Meenal did touch the deep strings of my heart. She was extraordinary... I cant imagine anybody else singing it better. But as people voted for aditi, im curious to listen to her version, after all when many people are opinionated, it scarcely flaters 😊

PS: If anybody has the source of aditi pauls version, please reply to this (with quotes)!!

And yes, Meenal should never have picked that song, that was & still is Aditi's signature song.

agreed.why pick that song.meenal is a good singer,but aditi picked this almost forgotten song and put it on everybodys lips.mistake.
