Question about Hema's mum

Hi all,

I have recently discovered this forum. And I have just read that Hema's mother was not treated well by HR. What happened? Which episode was that? She's such a dignified lady...so I was surprised to read that someone could actually say something nasty to her. I live in the USA, so is this episode still to be aired in USA?
