Well if the talk of pregnancy is going then I have to step in...

In real life you don't get pregnant in one go but we are talking bout fiction after all but here's the thing in real life they have ways to avoid it no matter what but I dont think we don't have to worry about in this case.

It could be that they do get close and then there's a possibility that something else might happen like someone said Mayank might propose Nupur or Mayank might stay in Mumbai or something else...

but do they get closer? yes but does Nupur get preggers? maybe not...i very much doubt that it is needed for the story so i won't worry bout it...
