Karan's barging in Pooja's office , doing drama, jeering at her publicly and gloating that he can now drag her back home ........and openly boasting that he will now use the video recording in court can actually harm Karan more than Pooja in a court of law . Office staff working in Pooja's office can vouch for Pooja's character , and that Karan's move was preplanned as he had entered the office with a view to record and hence did drama in front of the camera , then openly admitted he had done drama.
Office staff r often loyal to each other and not without sympathy although they share professional relationships . Working people who spend 8 or nine hours in an office spend more time outside than at home , and often , our personal relationships fail us in times of crisis but professional relationships come through for us . For instance , Pooja's mom is more bothered about her social standing in Dhanbad , how to save face in front of relatives etc.........when her daughter is facing serious danger to her life by living with an unscruplous abusive husband ...........neither is she ready to help her daughter by supporting her in the divorce nor taking a strong stand of telling her useless son in law off . The long hours spent in office amidst office politics and office camaraderie however can be useful witnesses in Pooja's case ..........so what creatives did , in my opinion can be turned against Karan y using Pathare as a lawyer for Pooja. C'mon creatives , it is time to use Pathare and let us see a fine legal battle grounded in reality...........not like Geeti's case which turned out to e a damp squib with randhawa suddenly growing a conscience .
