Most daughters are attached to their parents more than sons, I agree. But looking at it from another view point, these very daughters are someone else's daughter-in-law. Some of them, not all, but some, are so involved with their own parents that they tend to neglect their in-laws. And their husbands who are the sons tend to go along with their wives, so the parents could get neglected.
The right thing would be for a woman to strike a balance between both sets of parents, their own and their in-laws. I know that this is easier said than done, but we have to try our best.
In todays world Daughters are better than Sons while daughter still cares for her parents after marriage and sons forget their parents. But sons dont realise when their children grow up they can do the same to them what they did to their parents.
