I think she will dominate Kurbaan just like she did in JWM.
in 3 idiots I heard she has a very small but pivotal role but if this role is anything like Priyanka's in Kaminey who knows what might happen.

I think both movies will benefit her in the long run, but I have a feeling that she gets far more scope in Kurbaan.

Kurbaan will do more good for her as she has a much meaty and better role there. Her role has many shades and she can show her potential very well there.
Whereas in 3 idiots she has a smaller role and I doubt how much focus is on her as the story revolves around the 3 boys and their life. Infact I have mot very high hopes with 3I, the USP of the novel was the confusion that goes in the mind of 18-19 year old boys and how they mess up their life. 30-40 year old men playing these roles wont do justice at all.

Karti the movie is not an adaptation of the novel at all. Hirani said he read the novel and got inspired by it. But the movie is completely different. There's a college portion, and then there's the adult life.

Ok so in that case it may turn out to be good. Anyways in movies based on lot of characters, its always the small roles that takes all the credits , as they are bang on not much footage to build up the character. So I am keeping my hopes alive that Kareena would walk away with all the appreciations and kudos.

Definitely Kurbaan - whatever I have seen of her in the promos has been impressive. As for 3 Idiots, after reading Kajol's interview I have doubts about whether it will be a very meaty role and expecting something like Sweety from Kaminey is a tall order given Raju Hirani's past female characters.

Still being in a commercially and critically successful film never hurts anyone and Raju Hirani manages to strike that balance well.

In terms of appreciation I think Kurbaan will benefit her more since she does seem to have the pivotal role.
