She's trying to look sexy and cute at the same time, like Miley Cyrus.:) Or maybe she's attempting to come off as her character from the azaabi movie, which is an immature bimbo. Who knows? But face wise, she does look gorgeous except the bow on the head butchers it for me. Eek. What is she? A barbie doll?

She is looking very lovely and wonderful her dress is very cute and her hairstyle is very nice! she carry this look very well and i dont think anyone else can carry it so well and also do the dress have many shades of colors and many cant carry it but Kat is carrying it really good!
