u should post this in the avatars and sig shop. since ur new, i will help😳:

1. upload the pic on imageshack.us from ur comp. and then go to ur settings and change avatar and then put the url in.

OR

2. save the pic to ur comp. click on upload avatar and then browse and select the saved pic.

after both click on save settings on ur setting page.

i hope this helps a bit.
