Why did Keshu give POA in Ketan's name only? There was Ketki and Mehul too. The POA of should have been in Ketki's name or in Joint name of Mehul and Ketan. Ketan had yet to prove that he can handle the business. Keshu is partly responsible for what will happen to him and his family now.

I think that it happens to many of us at times, we miscalculate and take decisions. Keshu has also miscalculated and handed POA to Ketan. Maybe he felt that Ketan has that leadership quality and would work alongside Mehul. But yes, it was a wrong decision on Keshu's part and I guess, Keshu and Ketki are going to pay dearly for it...😭!

Usually with POA, there are clause when the legal paper is effective. Just suppose your parents are ill and they want to give you power of attorney than there must be a clause to say, that you have a right to make a decision on their behalf when they are ill. But it is not that simple because the clause has to be state down each and every or specific conditions when someone can make decision on your behalf. I think if someone says that only when they are mentally incapable, then if you end up in hospital and are physically disabled, the POA would not count. I mean in soaps they take liberties with laws, medical condition and everything else...only our silly minds comes with the abusurd questions...
