Old CC members may know me. For the even older CC members ;) and the new ones, I'm Sumra. Currently inactive at IF. But I come around time to time. Those who would like to catch me can do so via facebook or emails. lol :)
I'm around here today at CC. Felt like ptting some more jaan into it. So I've come up with a few topics to start with. (I hope I don't forget the other topic by the end of posting this! lol If there ain't any more topics posted by me today, you can bet that yes, indeed I had forgotten. :)

Okay so let's come to the point...
Obviously many poeple here must have at some point wanted to or are wanting to or would want to lose or gain weight at some points in their lives.
So yea, what do you do to lose or gain weight? :)
Okay I'll start... I walk wherever and whenever I can 99% of the time. recently, I've started doing the hula hoop every night again. It's not the plain hula hoops that poeple use at schools. It's the exercise sort that has massage balls on its inner side. I love doing that so I find it easy to lose weight by doing that since it's something I enjoy. I'd never get sick of it. (though if my dad is aware abot the fact that I've gone under the BMI range, I know it's bad but i am JUST under it, so it ain't that bad, he'd tell me to lessen it or do it not too often. he wouldn't tell me to completely stop it since he knows i love doing it. lol)
And the 3rd thing is that, I have a tiny bit control on my diet. I don't let msyelf eat too much junk food. Certain times it's okay. Another thing is that, I have developed a habit, and I know by the look of it that there would never be a going back now because it's become a habit. Won't change itself unless I try very hard to change it. I eat loads of fruit (can't stand veggies!!! lol though I have carrots and cucumber sometimes and brocolli but lettuce is something my mouth can never take it on its own!) and because of that, I can't stand too much sweet stuff. You know, kheer, halwa and things like that, I'd now eat about 1 tbsp willingly. But anymore than that, it's hard for me to finish it off even though if I love it madly, it's still hard for me to finsih it off.(but if somebody gives me, I'd finish it most of the time but that's liek forcing myself too much to finish it off) i do have to kinda force myself. Chocolates and sweets and Indian sweets, they are all tooooo sweet for me. I do have them, but I'd have very little. Example, a cadbury bar. It's got 5 cubes let's say. At one time, I can just have 1 cube which is already a tiny bit too much for me. The rest of them, I'd have it another day. I find these things very sweet easily because I eat loads of fruit. it's not like I'm forcing myself to resist them, I just can't have them a lot anymore. (oh yea, due to other reasons, I had stopped drinking soft drinks, it's been 3 years now. i had noticed i used to have stomach discomfort/ stomaches/ gas problems, so i stopped drinking soft drinks. losing/ gaining weight was never any reason. and i don't think i can stand having a soft drink. just don't like them at all. there are other drinks other there, tastier even, to have. :) )
The other day, I went to Pizza Hut with my friend. In England, you get this sharing dessert, Hot Cookie Dough. My friend wasn't a fan of it but I love it like MAD!! :D It ain't for one person. Anyway we had gone there for my 18th, and I had wanted to go to Pizza Hut only for the Hot Cookie Dough (and also a tiny bit also because I wanted to have their nachos. lol but now if I ever go Pizza Hut again, it' s only for my love, Hot Cookie Dough :D). So yea, she wasn't having any of it, so I had it all to myself. At a certain point, I could only have a certain that much of it. But then I continued eating since we couldn't get a takeaway for that, so I ate as much as I could. Was proud to have finished 60%-65% of it all by myself . lol But I couldn't eat any more than that. Not even if I forced myself. Just couldn't have any even if I wanted to. :$ But I still love it. Miss it. Want some more right now!! :D
